HOW TO APPLY FOR AN APPOINTED TITLE

Prospective delegates applying for an appointed title are required to participate in a virtual preliminary pageant. This is not a competitive process, but one designed to evaluate preparedness for the pageant stage. After signing up, however, the International Director may waive this requirement for delegates with pageant experience. Virtual Pageant activities will be held via our Google Meet Video Conference (similar to Zoom). Participants can apply for any open state, regional or country title to qualify to compete at Internationals in Dallas, Texas. All applications are subject to Eligibility Rules.​

(Note: State preliminary pageant winners should complete only Steps 1 and 2, selecting the "State Pageant Winner" payment option.)

Step 1:

Complete the "Join the Squad" Registration form (below) and discuss your desired Appointed Title with a director.

Step 2:

Choose your payment method. The price for the Preliminary is $200 due upon registration. However, the full amount will be credited to your pageant account towards payment of your pageant fees. You also have the option of paying pageant fees in full to receive a discount. All payments are subject to a 4.2% transaction fee. See the "Make a Payment" page.

Step 3:

Schedule your Interview in the app during the "Make a Payment" process (above).

Step 4:

Submit the required videos in the Preliminary Pageant Submission form at least 24 hours prior to your interview. If you did not previously submit a photo, please do so at this time (no selfies). Please do not upload submissions without completing steps 1 through 3 first.

When you have received your title offer confirmation, submit your final payment within two (2) week, but no later than June 1, 2024. Keep in mind that after June 1st, there is a $125 late registration surcharge.
