This beautiful young lady is our new Miss American Jr. Teen, Lola McClure, from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Although she is only 13 years old, Lola was invited by Duke University to take the SAT college entrance exams based on her 2019 standardized test scores. She is a competitive dancer who enjoys aerial arts, especially the Lyra. As a volunteer for Traveling Tutus, she brings the art of dance to deserving children who would otherwise do without. For the past three years, Lola has fundraised for Relay for Life, an annual event supporting the American Cancer Society. Nearest to her heart though is an organization called, “Kindness Couture,” founded by Lola, her mom and sister to provide essential clothing items, such as undergarments and socks, to those in need. She hopes to expand her reach to the statewide level. As though her life weren’t busy enough, Lola signed a modeling contract with Next Level Modeling Agency in Miami just after her crowning. Life is good!
