Virtual Pageant Preliminary

Welcome to our Virtual Pageant Portal!​

We will be hosting Virtual Pageants to qualify delegates for the International Pageant as Appointed Titleholders. Virtual Pageant activities will be held via our Google Meet Video Conference (similar to Zoom). Participants can apply for any open state, regional or country title to qualify to compete at Internationals in Dallas, Texas. All applications are subject to Eligibility Rules.​

How to Receive an Appointed Title:

(Note: this process is not for state preliminary pageant winners)​​

Step 1:

Confirm that you have completed the "Join the Squad" Registration form (see "Apply" page) and have discussed your desired Appointed Title with a director.

Step 2:

Choose your payment method. The price for the Preliminary is $200, due upon registration. However, the full amount will be credited to your pageant account towards payment of your pageant fees. See the "Make a Payment" page.

Note: Available Payment Plans are subject to change.

Step 3:

Schedule your Interview in the app during the "Make a Payment" process (above).

Step 4:

Submit the required videos in the Preliminary Pageant Submission form (below) at least 24 hours prior to your interview. If you did not previously submit a photo, please do so at this time (no selfies). Please do not upload submissions without completing steps 1 through 3 first.

When you have received your title offer confirmation, submit your final payment by the early registration deadline of May 1, 2024. Keep in mind that after May 1st, there is a $125 late registration surcharge.

Virtual preliminaries require three submissions:

1) Delegate introduction video,

2) Fitness attire walk video, and

3) Evening gown walk video.

Videos should be in 9x16 (Instagram Story) format and no longer than two (2) minutes each. Personal introduction should be one (1) to two (2) minutes. Videos should be submitted as soon after registration as possible, but at least 24 hours prior to Interview Day.

All delegates must accept their appointed titles with the requirement to compete at Internationals and make all required payments and submissions. Be sure to review the other costs of participation (travel, lodging, etc.) in advance of applying. Official crowns and sashes will be shipped after all financial requirements are met.
